I am currently editing an engagement session from the other day over in
Santa Cruz and have to post a few shots. We had a session planned
at the beach and lately have been having great weather but the rain
came out. Clayton and Janelle were so much fun to shoot and we
really had a great time in the rain, he even picked her up for a minute
and ran into the ocean, by the time we were done we were all soaking
wet. The images are awesome though, I am very happy with
them. They are a really cute couple and totally in love, they

Merry Christmas! Things have been so busy the last few weeks of the year finishing some last minute orders and catching up on Album designs. Just wanted to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. I wish everyone many blessings for the coming year, remember to set your goals for the upcoming year and make it a year that you stick to those goals. Here is my first attempt for a wedding slideshow that can play on the Apple Video iPOD. All you have to do is download the file and then drag it into your Libary folder in iTunes. Then go to the Video secion of iTunes (you have to have the latest version of iTunes which can be downloaded here) and click the video to play. Then when you synch up your iPOD the video will be there. We are going to now be creating slideshows that will play on the new video iPODS. We have created a demo download on our website with a slideshow of our artistic wedding photography that you can now download and play on any new iPOD video. I think the iPOD video is so cool and will shortly be offering slideshows of a bride and grooms wedding day available for download to iTunes so they can watch their wedding day on their iPOD video. We here are always looking for new exciting things to offer our clients and with technology changing all of the time, it creates more possibilities and different ways to share our work. I got a very surprising call today from an album company (zookbinders.com) I entered an album in their annual competition a few months ago and completely forgot about it. We were informed that we won 3rd place in their Album of the Year 2005 awards! I take a lot of pride in the album designs that I do and in each wedding that I shoot to create unique moments of each brides day. Weddings can be very satisfying to see the expression in the bride and grooms face when first looking at the photo's but it also feels good to be recognized by someone in the industry for my work. I will share more information about this later and post the album online for everyone to view. I thank God for giving me the gifts that he has and to fulfill my dreams each and every day. 2006 will be an awesome year and I am looking forward to the wedding season already, I just know that some awesome images will be created next year and look forward to the opportunities. -- Mark San Francisco Wedding Photography Posted 12/7/2005 at 1:25 AM |
