In case you missed the ad last night during the academy awards for the iPhone coming out, Apple has it on their homepage http://www.apple.com/ I thought it was a pretty cleaver ad to air during the academeny awards and really can't wait until this phone comes out in June. I have had a Treo for about 3 years now and do really like the phone, it synch's all my contact's and calendar info so I am always organized. But the touchscreen capabilities of the iPhone and it is afull video iPod and the best part is the Wifi capabilities really have me excited. With so many places nowadays with Wifi service you can get online with a full brower right from your phone, it's like a mini computer. I can get rid of my phone and video iPod and replace it with this one gadet which is pretty cool ![]() Everyone have a great Monday! -- Mark Bay Area Wedding Photography Posted 2/26/2007 at 12:3 PM |

Here are some of the Retro series we did for Marissa and Lawrence. He really had the jump kick down and really reminded me of someone from the first godfather series with that hat and suspenders, very cool. ![]() ![]() ![]() We also did a club scene where they changed into formal wear and got some cool studio shots: ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Mark Fine Art Wedding Photography ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Posted 2/22/2007 at 11:43 AM |

Lake Tahoe is such a beautiful place. We just got back from a little snow trip for some snowboarding and had such a great time. My wife used to work with someone who has a house up there and he rents it out to people he know's for a pretty good price. We went up on Friday with Andrew and one of his friends from school. Lisa's sister and husband met us up there and 2 of our other friends Rachael and Raul. The trip was a blast, almost everyone other than Lisa and I were first time boarders so it was fun to try and help them make it down the slopes and see some crazy crashes. I love to snowboard it is just such a relaxing sport and the views are always awesome from Hevanly. We only rode for one day but it was just perfect. The weather was warm up there also, it was crazy. There was hardly any snow and it was in the 60's so after a full day of skiing we were all worn out. Yesterday we were going to go back up but it was raining a little and the conditions would have been pretty ugly, so we heading home a little earlier than planned. I brought Lisa's little point and shoot Canon so I will try to post a few images later. -- Mark Destination Wedding Photography Posted 2/19/2007 at 11:12 AM |

We had the most amazing engagement shoot last week for Lawrence and Marissa. They really love movies and wanted to re-create some movie stills for their engagment images. Since Lawrence is into boxing and likes Rocky we did a entire rocky serires including some images shot inside a ring, them ice skating and many other cool shots. We also did some retro style shots to look like the notebook movie and a few other looks for the shoot. It took us two days to shoot and I will be working on the images for the next week or so. I can't wait to finish them up since the final shots will look great, it will just take some time to go through everything. It was really a fun engagement shoot and they were so into it. I think Marissa and Lawrence should be actors because they really played the parts well and had a great energy all day long. I'll post some up next week! -- Mark Bay Area Engagement Photography Posted 2/9/2007 at 12:9 AM |
We just finished up James and Lauren's engagement images. They are a cupe couple and even though it was raining on the engagement shoot they had a great time with it and didn't let the bad weather get them down. Here are a few of my favorite shots, these were all taken down in Monterey, Ca.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Mark Artistic Wedding and Engagement Photography Posted 2/4/2007 at 11:38 PM |
