It was my sisters birthday this weekend so we got together at my parents house for a dinner on Sunday.  You would think that we have a lot of family photo's but we don't really have any photo's of the entire family together (usually since I am taking the photo's I am not in them)  So we decided to put the camera on a timer and get a nice famly shot to send out to the relatives.  Here are a few shots,  my grandma got to hold my brother-in-laws dog and she was so pleased the entire night:

Here is granny and coco:

after the family shots then we took a few fun shots with a wig that my sister found in a haloween box:

I am an now an Uncle.  My sister-in-law just had a baby and I got to see him for the first time  this weekend.  He is so small and cute, he just sleeps all the time.   Hopefully they can come into the studio soon so we can get some photo's while he is still small, he is just precious when you hold him.

Here are just a few that I snapped this on Sunday of him.

You can now get the new video iPOD for free online at:

The only catch is you have to sign up for an offer, like sign up for netflix or blockbuster online or get a new credit card and then refer some other people to the site.
But spending $10 for a few month of blockbuster isn't bad when you are getting a free iPOD out of it.

The site was reviewed by CNN so is a reputable site:

Had another awesome engagement shot over the weekend for Ana and Daniel.  It was at the Palace of Fine Arts again up in the city and everytime I go up there I always find something new and a new angle to shoot from.

I haven't finished proofing the shots yet, but here are a few I really like so far:

i think shortly after this session, they began major construction at the palace of fine arts. I went there the other weekend and the whole lake side is fenced off...up to the street. with bulldozers and all. looks like they're going to fix up that deterioting side of the lake. You could still go into the dome side though, but man...all the visitors are concentated their now. ps: nice added cloudy sky.

they actually did have it fenced off when we were there but part of the fence was open and people were walking inside the gates. I did have to do some photoshop work to get rid of a pile of concrete and parts of a red plastic fence to make it look a little better.

Hopefully when they are all done with the construction it will look good, the walkway was getting pretty bad.

Pets can be so cute.  I love shooting people's pets and capturing the unique personality
of each pet in a portrait.  Here is one shot of a cute mini Chihuahua he was so tiny and just adorable.  he is tiny, but can bite like crazy and loves to bite ears.
