It's a beautiful fall day here in San Jose today, the sun is out but nice and cool weather.  Getting ready for Jennifer and Danny's wedding at the Palmdale Estates and then a reception at the Hilton, they are a really sweet couple and I am looking forward to the wedding today!

Here are a few shots of them from the engagement session awhile back:

Have a great day!

Here are a few more images from Matt and Paige's Wedding.  They were married at San Juan Oaks
Golf Course in Hollister.  It is a great location and another cool thing is it usually has a really nice wind outside so we used that to get some cool shots of the veil.

Have a great day,

Great photos and designing work. Love the top two shots of the bride, with the vail. especially the one on the right. I hope that you take this as a complement, it  kinda reminds me of a Yervant image. Very striking, with a great mood, and an viewer interpteded story. If that makes sense. Big fan of his. I just bought his album software after using Gary's for the last year and a half.

Who would have thought a shot of a couple walking down a regular looking street could look so cool, but it does. Nice job.

Thanks for dropping by my site. I like your album layout design. Simple yet beautiful at the same time. The veil shot is the money shot (maybe kick some vignetting in there?) Nice work!

Kim and Aravind had a beautiful wedding and it was such an interesting mix of cultures.
They had 3 different ceremonies during the day, a Tea Ceremony, a Indian Ceremony and a Western Style ceremony.  Here are a few of my faviorate shots from after the last ceremony of the 2 of them:

The Willow Heights Mansion at Morgan Hill is beautiful for photos

Hey Mark:

Is that crazy old lady still running Willow Heights? I haven't been there in years.  Nice images!

The shots are not only good but I like the simple collages you put together.

1:2 is definitely my favorite album aspect ratio. The stretched view is so awesome and artistic, heck I wish I could have 1:3 ratio!

Awesome images by the way. I especially like the daker background image in the 2nd spread. The touch of sunlight on the fountain just makes the image so strong. Keep up the good work! I admire your photography...

Take care,
-Matt-

Wedding albums have changed so much in the last few years, with the changes in technology there are so many nice albums out there and the layout has changed dramatically.  Gone are the days of only putting 2 photo's in a matted album where you had no control over the layout of the album, you just picked the photo's and slipped them into a matt and the album was done.  I used to sell very few of these albums since honestly there were a bore to create and there really is little creativity involved in creating these albums.

Now that albums can be laid out on a computer as one 2 page spread there are no limits on what can be done with albums.  Your album can incorporate text, backgrounds, anything that can be imagined.  These albums can tell the story of your day in a way that will bring back all of the wonderful moments of the day and the details.  For me as an artist these albums let me express my creativity and create a unique memento for all of my brides to cherish.

Here are a couple of our recent wedding album layouts:

Rachael and Raul Wedding Album - Reno, NV

Shawn and Lori Wedding Album - Testorossa Winery Los Gatos, Ca

Wow, you do nice work, wish I'd known you when I got married. I got the boring kind of album 9 years ago. :-)

Those were a delight to look through. I especially like the complete joy you captured in Shawn and Lori's wedding photos

Beautifully done. Rachel and Rauls was very nice. I know that golf course in Reno, and it's the most difficult place to shoot. It has hardly any landscape and no trees. Inside is so crampt and not alot of nothing!!!! you did good with what you had to work with.
