Even though summer technically is just
starting, we have been in full summer
mode for the last month and a half. Our
weddings kicked into high gear this year in
May and we
have been blessed with some great weddings
so far!
Thanks to everyone we have been able
to work with, we can't wait to be a part of
the rest
of the weddings this year!

Since we are always a part of the best
moments
in our clients lives (Weddings, Anniversaries,
Watching a family grow through family
portraits) we
started a newsletter last year to share some
of the
joyous moments we get to be a part of.

We are excited to
announce the addition of
Fine Art
printing to our
photography line.
Coming soon we will
be able to print beautiful
custom fine art prints on a
variety of papers like
watercolor and other
types of
custom papers (This will
give
your images a more
artistic feel and
are archival!) These are heirloom artistic
prints for generations to
enjoy. We are
going to be starting off
with a limited number of
sizes and possibly be
expanding to larger
wall sizes
shortly.

The benefits of a HELOC
As a trusted mortgage advisor, my friends and
family comes to me for sound financial
advice. One of the most frequently asked
questions is about home equity lines of
credit.
A Home Equity Line of Credit is like a credit
card. You can borrow money up to your credit
limit, and you only get charged interest on
the portion that you borrow. You can pay down
the balance, then reuse the credit. Most have
a draw term, usually 5 to 10 years, where you
can draw money out, then the loan is paid
back over a 10 to 15 year period. You may
also elect to refinance the Equity Line and
get another 5 to 10 years to use the line of
credit.
There are many features of HELOC loan
programs. Ask me to help you decide which is
best for you.
